Alliance Communities Frontera Ridge

A flat metal shade structure for the pool deck at Frontera Ridge in Round Rock. The frame is a dark powder-coated steel grid on square columns, with horizontal slat screening on two elevations that gives the seating area privacy from the walkway without closing it in.

The open slat roof throws a banded shadow across the deck rather than full shade, which suits a pool surround where some sun is the point. Completed December 2024.
