An entrance monument for Instrata Upper Kirby in Houston. The sign is a rendered cabinet carrying the community name in flat cut letters, with the street number set vertically on a dark grey return at one end, seated on a brick base that continues the planter wall of the building behind it.
Matching the base masonry to the surrounding hardscape is what makes a residential monument read as part of the property rather than an object placed in front of it. Aluminium and acrylic with LED illumination, completed August 2025.
