Interior signage covers everything inside the building envelope: lobby and reception identification, dimensional letters and logos, room and suite identification, dimensional graphics, and applied window and wall vinyl. It is where brand experience continues after the exterior sign has done its job of getting someone through the door.
The palette is broader indoors because signage is not fighting weather. Acrylic, brushed metal, wood, printed panels, and vinyl all become viable, and finishes that would degrade outdoors last indefinitely. Lighting is controlled rather than variable, which makes halo-lit lobby logos and backlit panels particularly effective.
Permanent room identification is the one area with legal requirements: ADA specifies tactile characters, Braille, contrast, and mounting position for signs identifying permanent rooms and spaces. We build those to standard as part of the package. Every unit is designed, fabricated, and installed by Flite Signs from our Houston facility, with permit-ready drawings prepared before fabrication begins and a five-year warranty on completed work.

What to Consider
- Wall construction affects mounting
- Drywall, glass, masonry, and demountable partitions each require different fixings. A heavy lobby logo on glass or plasterboard needs its method resolved during design, not on installation day.
- Lobby lighting makes or breaks a logo wall
- A dimensional logo relies on light raking across it. Where ambient lighting is flat, halo illumination or dedicated fixtures do far more for the result than a larger sign would.
- Tenant improvement schedules
- Interior signage usually installs near the end of a fit-out, which means it absorbs upstream delays. Ordering early protects the opening date.
